A Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit filed yesterday alleges that Lindsay Lohan never delivered a manuscript for a book deal struck in 2014, for which they are seeking $365,000 (the size of the advance she was given).

Lohan was slated to write a memoir about her life, mostly based on journals she reportedly kept during a 2013 stint in rehab. The book deal was reportedly worth a million bucks. However, the manuscript never appeared, even after she was given a two-year deadline extension.

“By failing to return the money to the Plaintiff upon the Defendants’ breach of the agreement, the Defendants have received a windfall and have been unjustly enriched,” the suit charges.

HarperCollins lawyer Jeffrey Maidenbaum confirmed, “She did not turn in a manuscript and the book was never published.”

Neither Lindsay nor her reps returned requests to Page Six for a comment.
